Bradley Alford

Bradley Alford has served on the Board of Directors since July 2025. He has been a director of Perrigo since 2017 and a director for Avery Dennison Corporation since 2010. He previously served as director for Conagra Brands, Inc. and Nestlé USA. His previous work experience includes serving as an Industry Advisor and then Operating Partner at Advent International Corporation; and as the Chairman and CEO of Nestlé USA from 2006-2013. He has extensive public and private sector industry knowledge and experience in management, operations and supply chain as well as the development and marketing of consumer products.

Peter J. Bensen

Peter J. Bensen has served on the Board of Directors since Dec. 2017 and has been President of Bensen LLC, a board consulting firm, since 2018. Prior to that, he served as Chief Administrative Officer of McDonald’s Corporation from 2015 until his retirement in 2016 and served as their Chief Financial Officer from 2008 through 2015. Prior to joining McDonald’s Corporation in 1996, he was a senior manager for Ernst & Young LLP.

Robert J. Coviello

Robert J. Coviello has served on the Board of Directors since March 2020 and is currently Chief Sustainability Officer and Government Affairs of Bunge Limited. Prior to that, he served as Chief Growth and Strategy Officer and Managing Director, China, Southeast Asia and Australia from 2016 to 2018. Since joining Bunge Limited in 2003, he has also held a variety of commercial leadership positions in Asia, Europe and the United States, including Asia Commercial Director, Agribusiness and Director, Global Operations. Prior to Bunge Limited, he served in various merchant and trading roles with Cargill, Incorporated.

Rita Fisher

Rita Fisher

Rita Fisher has served on the Board of Directors since July 2023. She is currently the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President, Supply Chain of Reynolds Consumer Products Inc., a role she has held since 2017. Prior to joining Reynolds Consumer Products, she served as Vice President and Head of Global Business Services for Kraft Heinz Company, a food and beverage company. During her 22 years at Kraft Heinz and its predecessor companies, she held many global and regional roles in Information Technology and Supply Chain, including Head of Global IT and Senior Director Supply Chain Transformation.

Andre J. Hawaux

André J. Hawaux has served on the Board of Directors since July 2017. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, where he also held various leadership roles since joining in 2013. Prior to DICK’S, he served as President, Consumer Foods at Conagra Brands, Inc. starting in 2009, as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2009. Prior to Conagra, he served as general manager of a large U.S. division of PepsiAmericas, and previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Pepsi-Cola North America and Pepsi International’s China business unit.

Ruth Kimmelshue

Since 2025, Ruth Kimmelshue has served on Lamb Weston’s Board of Directors and has served as Senior Advisor to Continental Grain. Since 2017, she has served as a director of H.B. Fuller Company, a leading global adhesives provider, and since 2022, as a director of Wayne Sanderson Farms, a poultry producer. Between 1999 until her retirement from Cargill in 2024, she held various business leadership roles, serving on Cargill’s Executive Leadership Team from 2015-2024.

Lawrence Kurzius

Lawrence Kurzius has served on the Board of Directors since July 2025. He led McCormick & Company for over 20 years, most recently as Executive Chairman of the board and previously as Chair and Chief Executive Officer from 2017 and 2016, respectively, to 2023. During his tenure, he also served as the company’s President and COO as well as President of the International Business. Prior to joining McCormick & Company in 2003, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Zatarain’s, where he worked for 12 years before the company was acquired by McCormick & Company. Previously, he was a marketing executive at the Quaker Oats Company and Mars Inc. He is the current Chairman of the board of Elanco Animal Health Inc., and has served as a director since 2018. Since 2023, he has served as a director of CooperCompanies, a global medical device company.

Paul Maass

Paul Maass has served on the Board of Directors since July 2025. Since 2016, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Scoular, a leading commodity and ingredient agribusiness and is a member of Scoular’s board of directors. In addition, he serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City's board of directors. He previously served as President of ConAgra Foods’ (now Conagra Brands) Commercial Foods and Private Brands segments.

Timothy McLevish

Timothy McLevish has served on the Board of Directors since July 2025. He has served as Chief Financial Officer at five public companies, Carrier Corporation, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., Kraft Foods Group, Inc., Ingersoll-Rand Corporation and Mead Corporation. He previously worked at Touche Ross & Co. and began his career at General Mills.

He has served as a member of the board of directors of Freshpet, Inc. since August 2023, Revlon, Inc. since April 2023, and is a former member of the board of directors of Conagra Brands, Inc. until its spinoff to Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. in 2016, where he served as Executive Chairman until 2017. He also served as a director of Kennametal, Inc. from 2004 to 2019.

Hala G. Moddelmog

Hala G. Moddelmog has served on the Board of Directors since July 2017 and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Woodruff Arts Center since 2020. She previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Metro Atlanta Chamber from 2014 until 2020. From 2010 to 2013, she was the President of Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc., a division of Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, Inc. Prior to her tenure at Arby’s Restaurant Group, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Chief Executive Officer of Catalytic Ventures, LLC, and President of Church’s Chicken.

Scott Ostfeld

Scott Ostfeld has served on Lamb Weston’s Board of Directors since July 2025 and is a Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at JANA Partners where he has nearly 20 years of experience enhancing value as an engaged shareholder. Prior to joining JANA in 2006, he was at GSC Partners, where he focused on acquiring companies through the restructuring process and enhancing value as an equity owner. He was previously an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation. He currently serves on the boards of Mercury Systems and TreeHouse Foods. He was previously a director at Conagra Brands, HD Supply until its sale to Home Depot and TeamHealth until its sale to the Blackstone Group. He serves on the non-profit board of Columbia University’s Richman Center for Business, Law and Public Policy.

Norman Prestage

Norman Prestage has served on the Board of Directors since Sept. 2024. He joined Ernst & Young in 1987 and during his career served as the global client service partner for large global public companies in the consumer products, foodservice, retail and risk management industries. He was a member of the Ernst & Young Americas Global Accounts Partner Group and served on the Ernst & Young Global Consumer Products Advisory Board. He also served in various Ernst & Young leadership roles including the Retail and Consumer Products Industry Leader for the Midwest, Arkansas Office Managing Partner, and Southwest Area Partner Forum. He is a certified public accountant and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Mike Smith

Mike Smith is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lamb Weston and serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Mike is responsible for the vision, culture and strategy that will propel Lamb Weston forward as a global leader in frozen potato products. Prior to being appointed to this role in January 2025, Mike was the Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw Lamb Weston’s global end-to-end operations, including the company’s Commercial, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Marketing, Innovation and ESG organizations. Mike has held various leadership positions since joining Lamb Weston in 2007, including Senior Vice President, Foodservice, Retail, Innovation and Marketing, where he led the commercial teams for the North American Foodservice and Retail businesses and oversaw all innovation and marketing activity.

Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
